Refund Policy
Refund Policy
All services sales are final. Prepaid treatments, treatment packages, deposits, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused prepaid services will continue to be honoured by Aurea Skin & Wellness. If Aurea Skin & Wellness is unable to provide a prepaid service, any applicable refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If Aurea Skin & Wellness relocates, any unused prepaid treatments or packages will automatically transfer to the new location and will continue to be honoured. Relocation of the business does not constitute ground for a refund.
If Aurea Skin & Wellness is permanently unable to provide a prepaid service, any applicable refund of alternative arrangement will be assessed on a case-by case basis.
